The Mortgage Shop Blackpool & Fylde Sunday Football Alliance.

Welcome to www.fyldesport.com. Launched in October 2004 the site strives to promote and support Sunday morning football on the Fylde Coast. Although fyldesport.com is an unofficial site of the Mortgage Shop Blackpool & Fylde Sunday Football Alliance it enjoys a good working relationship with the league. BFSFA : Fixtures - February 14th 2010

Here are the provisional fixtures for Valentine's Day, February 14th.  Early indications are for a another frosty weekend (Especially in my house) but fingers crossed we can beat the weather for some Sunday football.  Don't forget to confirm your fixtures with both the opposition and the allocated official.

Sportspy : Sportspy Reports - Sunday February 7th 2010

At Stanley Park, Blackpool watching the Division 3A game between Berry's Beds FC and J&S Body Repairs FC.  Both sides found themselves in the wrong half of the table at start of play.  Although meeting for the first time in the league this season both sides had already crossed swords in the Gledhill and Divisional Cups.  One of the players was making his 1,014th appearance in Fylde Coast Sunday football.

Sportspy : Sportspy Reports - January 31st 2010

The last day of January 2010 surprised many people across the Fylde as they awoke to a thick covering of hail. Still, the pitches underneath were deemed soft enough to play at Commonedge Road, Blackpool.  The pitch markings could be seen and by 11am nine games in League and Cup were underway in decent conditions.
